Hi, I’m Ethan Rameson—founder of Scoop Spot and a Newport Beach local. I started this service because I believe dog owners should get to enjoy all the best parts of having a dog—the joy, the fun and the companionship—without the hassle of cleaning up the mess.
After spending time with my own dog and talking to neighbors, I realized that picking up dog waste is one of those chores everyone dreads—but no one talks about it. I saw simple opportunity to give people back a little time and peace of mind by taking care of it for them.

Absolutely. We thoroughly clean and sanitize our tools between every yard using dog-safe, kennel-grade disinfectants. Your pet safety is a top priority.
Yep—we show up in most all weather conditions. If the weather ever makes it unsafe will notify you and reschedule your clean up ASAP.
